The Reality of A Day In My Life With Long COVID

It’s hard to explain to anyone what having Long COVID is like. On the outside, I look perfectly normal, and in the mirror, I look close to normal except for the fact that I have gained weight due to a lack of exercise. But inside, this crazy condition is wrecking me.
